Authentic extra-long 1121 basmati, aged up to two years and gently steam-processed — built to cook long, fluffy and separate, batch after batch, service after service.
Length, separation, aroma and consistency — the four things that decide whether a rice survives a full service.
Elongation up to 18 mm means every grain is visible — presentation that sells the dish across the dining room.
Steam processing holds grain integrity through high-volume, repeated bulk cooking — no clumping, no mush.
Up to two years of aging deepens the perfume and keeps it alive even under a hot service lamp.
Batch-true consistency whether you're plating four covers or four hundred. No surprises on the line.

We grow the prized 1121 variety — known for the longest grain in the world — then rest it slowly so the aroma deepens and the moisture settles before it reaches your pass.
Premium 1121 paddy, hand-graded for length, clarity and uniformity — only the longest grain makes the bag.
Rested up to 24 months in climate-controlled stores to deepen aroma and lower moisture.
Gently steamed — not raw, not parboiled — to lock in fragrance and grain strength.
