What data we collect

When you submit an inquiry form on this site, we collect the information you provide — your name, email address, phone number, restaurant name and address, and the content of your inquiry. We do not collect payment card data through this website. We also collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, timestamps) for security and analytics.

How we use your data

We use inquiry data to: respond to your request, prepare a sample or quote, create a contact record in our CRM (Zoho CRM), and follow up about your inquiry by email or phone. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

Data sharing

We share your data with: Zoho Corporation (CRM), our internal sales and BD team, and courier/logistics partners where shipment is arranged. Each recipient is bound by data processing terms. We do not share your data with marketers, brokers, or unrelated third parties.

Data retention

Inquiry data is retained for 3 years from last contact, or for the duration of a business relationship, whichever is longer. You may request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

Cookies

This website uses minimal cookies: a session cookie for form functionality, and Google Maps API cookies if you use the address autocomplete. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA in California, PDPA in India), you may have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, object to processing, or request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email sb@ododgroup.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We will respond within 30 days.

Security

Inquiry data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled systems. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.

Children

This website is intended for business operators and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
