Shipping Policy

We ship MITRA gravies, pastes, sauces, and rice from our warehouse in Hyderabad, India to restaurant and distribution customers worldwide. All SKUs are ambient-stable and do not require refrigeration in transit.
Dispatch timeline
Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation. A tracking number is sent by email within 48 hours of dispatch.

Import documentation we provide
Every shipment includes: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (India), FSSAI Certificate, and — where applicable — Halal Certificate, Phytosanitary Certificate, and country-specific import declarations.
Import duties and taxes
Import duties, VAT/GST, and customs brokerage fees at the destination are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend consulting a local customs broker before your first order if you are unsure of applicable duties for food products from India.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging before opening and notify us at sb@ododgroup.com within 48 hours of receipt. Claims must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking.
