Terms of Service

Products and orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by ODOD Enterprises Private Limited. We reserve the right to decline orders, limit quantities, or discontinue SKUs at any time. Order confirmation is sent by email; orders are final upon confirmation.

Pricing and payment

Prices quoted in writing are valid for 30 days from quote date, subject to availability. For first orders, full payment in advance is standard. Established accounts may be offered credit terms in writing.

Shipping and risk

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

Returns and quality claims

Quality claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Remedies are limited to replacement of the affected SKU or a credit note at our discretion. We do not accept returns of food products that have been opened or stored outside recommended conditions.

Intellectual property

MITRA, ODOD Group, all product names, recipes, and packaging designs are the intellectual property of ODOD Enterprises Private Limited. You may not reproduce, resell, or reverse-engineer our products or branding without written consent.

Confidentiality

Pricing, formulations, and client lists shared by us are confidential. You agree not to disclose these to third parties. Where a formal NDA is signed, those terms govern.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the specific shipment in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad. Legal correspondence: sb@ododgroup.com
