Spray-dried coconut milk powder — dairy-carrier and fully plant-based versions — and desiccated coconut in fine and medium cuts from Kerala and Tamil Nadu, for curry-sauce manufacturers, bakeries, beverage brands, confectioners and foodservice in the US, UK, Ireland and the EU.
Coconut milk powder reconstitutes at 1 : 4 to a 17 % fat milk — the same richness as a canned premium milk.
Canned coconut milk is 75 % water shipped in steel. Powder puts the fat and flavour in a bag at a fifth of the freight.
Ambient, 12–18 months shelf life; reconstitutes instantly in hot or cold water at the ratio you choose.
Standard grade uses sodium caseinate as the emulsifying carrier; a fully plant-based grade (maltodextrin / plant protein) carries no milk allergen.
Milk extracted from mature white kernel and spray-dried within hours; no coconut-cream separation, no rancidity.
Fine, medium and chips from the same kernel programme; low moisture, low free fatty acid, Salmonella absent.
Typical specification for standard coconut milk powder. Vegan grade and desiccated coconut to the same panel.

Regulatory references are provided for planning; the importer of record confirms the requirements for each shipment. Lot-specific test panels are run to the buyer's specification before dispatch.
Coconut fat goes rancid if it waits. Our plants do not let it.
Mature nuts dehusked and deshelled; brown testa pared off; kernel washed and blanched.
Kernel grated and pressed; milk filtered, standardised for fat and pasteurised — same-day processing.
Homogenised with the carrier and spray-dried under nitrogen to ≤ 3 % moisture; fine, free-flowing powder.
For desiccated coconut, grated kernel is dried on belt dryers, sieved to cut, metal-detected and packed in lined bags.
Processed and packed in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities running HACCP under ISO 22000. Halal certified; Kosher and organic-certified lots on request. A full Certificate of Analysis travels with every lot, and every pallet traces back to its farm cluster and processing batch.
Documents per shipment: COA, Certificate of Origin, phytosanitary certificate where applicable, health certificate, packing list, and Halal certificate on request.
Where coconut milk powder and desiccated coconut earn their place.
Powder reconstituted in the kettle; no can opening, consistent fat.
Desiccated fine and medium; milk powder in creams and ganache.
Vegan-grade powder disperses in hot and cold bases.
Powder as the fat and flavour source in sachets.
High-fat powder for body and mouthfeel.
Private-label powder and desiccated coconut.
Nitrogen-flushed for the powder; lined bags for desiccated coconut.
The standard grade uses sodium caseinate, a milk protein, as the emulsifying carrier, and is labelled as containing milk. The vegan grade uses maltodextrin and pea protein instead and carries no milk allergen. Both are otherwise the same coconut milk; choose by your label.
Whisk 1 part powder into 4 parts warm water for a 17 % fat coconut milk, or 1 : 2 for a coconut cream. It disperses in cold water too; a short mix time avoids lumps. In a kettle, add it to the liquid phase before heating.
In the United States, FDA treats coconut as a tree nut for allergen labelling, so "coconut" must appear in the contains statement. In the UK and EU, coconut is not on the regulated allergen lists (the tree-nut list excludes it), though many brands still name it clearly on the label.
Desiccated coconut has a history of Salmonella findings and US import alerts. Kernel is blanched before drying, the plant runs HACCP with environmental monitoring, and every lot is tested for Salmonella in 25 g and reported on the COA.
Coconut milk powder keeps 12 months unopened when nitrogen-flushed in foil laminate; desiccated coconut 18 months in lined bags. Both are high in fat, so store below 25 °C and away from light, and use opened packs promptly.
Yes — NPOP-certified organic coconut products accepted under USDA NOP and EU / UK equivalence; specify at quotation.
