Moringa oleifera seeds and dehulled white kernels from PKM-1 plantations in Tamil Nadu — cleaned, graded and dried for oil pressers, cosmetic-ingredient manufacturers, water-treatment and agricultural users, with seed cake available as a by-product. Supplied to the US, UK, Ireland and the EU with the plant-health and regulatory paperwork each use needs.
Kernels are roughly 70 % of seed weight; pressing dehulled kernel gives a paler oil and a cleaner cake.
Oil quality is set by the seed: old, damp or mixed-variety seed presses into high-acid oil no refining fully rescues.
PKM-1 seed from the same plantations as our leaf — not collected roadside pods of unknown age.
Pods dried on the tree and seed dried to 8 % moisture or less; low free fatty acid in the pressed oil.
White kernels save the presser a step and give paler oil; hull content specified.
Supplied with phytosanitary certificate and, for each market, a clear statement of the intended use.
Typical specification for dehulled white kernels. Whole winged seed to the same panel with hull included.

Regulatory references are provided for planning; the importer of record confirms the requirements for each shipment. Lot-specific test panels are run to the buyer's specification before dispatch.
Simple steps, done on time.
Mature pods left to dry on the tree, harvested and shelled.
Seed air-cleaned, sieved and gravity-graded; light, shrivelled and damaged seed removed.
For kernels: winged hull removed mechanically, kernels aspirated and hand-sorted.
Dried to ≤ 8 % moisture; packed in lined PP bags; fumigation only where the importing country requires it.
Processed and packed in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities running HACCP under ISO 22000. Halal certified; Kosher and organic-certified lots on request. A full Certificate of Analysis travels with every lot, and every pallet traces back to its farm cluster and processing batch.
Documents per shipment: COA, Certificate of Origin, phytosanitary certificate where applicable, health certificate, packing list, and Halal certificate on request.
Where moringa seed goes.
Kernels for ben oil; pressers in Europe and the US buy seed to press fresh locally.
Feedstock for cosmetic-ingredient manufacturers.
Crushed seed and press cake contain cationic proteins used to clarify turbid water.
De-oiled cake as an organic fertiliser input.
Characterised lots with full analysis for trials.
Supplied alongside kernels for coagulant and fertiliser users.
Dry, clean, palletised.
The whole seed has a papery three-winged hull around a white kernel. Kernels are the seed with the hull removed — about 70 % of the seed weight and 35–40 % oil. Pressing kernels gives a paler oil and a cleaner cake; whole seed is cheaper per tonne and stores slightly better.
Moringa leaves are accepted as food in the EU and UK, but the seeds are not established as a food there, so novel-food rules apply. We supply seeds and kernels for oil extraction, cosmetic-ingredient, water-treatment and agricultural uses in those markets unless the buyer holds the relevant authorisation.
Seed for sowing is regulated differently from seed for processing under plant-health law in the EU, UK and US, and import permits may be needed. Tell us the intended use at enquiry so the correct phytosanitary documents are prepared; we supply PKM-1, a high-yielding annual type.
Kernels contain 35–40 % oil. A good cold press recovers roughly 70–80 % of that, so expect 26–30 kg of oil per 100 kg of kernels; the cake retains the rest and is used for water treatment or as fertiliser.
Lots are identified by harvest season. Oil pressed from current-crop seed dried to 8 % moisture has a free fatty acid below 2 %; old or damp seed gives a more acidic oil. We recommend contracting around the February–May harvest.
Yes — de-oiled moringa seed cake is available with kernel orders for use as a natural coagulant in water treatment and as an organic soil amendment.
